Tasmania with Sarah Glover

Recently I travelled to Tasmania to work with an amazing outdoor chef, Sarah Glover. Tasmania has been a place I’ve wanted to go to for some time, I’ve heard a lot about it so I was pretty excited to get over there. I was pretty lucky enough to have Sarah accomodate me and show me around the area.

Reality of Philippine’s tourism

I’ve seen a lot of images of the Philippines through instagram. It’s got white sand, coconut palms, blue waters and outrigger canoes… perfect looking destinations but last thing I want to do is rush around the thousands of islands without enjoying it.
