Honourable Mention in the IPA Awards
Digital Imaging Ambassador
Recently I entered the International Photography Awards (IPA), and came away with two Honourable mentions that my photographs from my unforgettable journey to Mongolia.
The photos I submitted for the IPA Awards were a result of my adventures in Mongolia, where I had the incredible opportunity to immerse myself in the world of Kazakh eagle hunters. Mongolia’s vast landscapes and its deeply rooted cultural heritage left an indelible mark on my heart. Through these images, I aimed to convey the essence of this extraordinary experience.
At the IPA Awards, my work scored big in two categories: “Special-Panorama/Panoramic” for Mongolia’s breathtaking landscapes and “Special-Pets” showcasing the bond between eagle hunters and their majestic eagles. These Honourable Mentions mark my photography competition debut.
For those interested in delving deeper into my Mongolian adventure, I’ve penned two comprehensive blog posts. The first recounts my captivating experiences in Mongolia, while the second chronicles my quest to overcome my fear of horseback riding in this beautiful country. You can explore these narratives here: “Revisiting Mongolia” and “Conquering Fear: Riding Horses in Mongolia“.
If you’re interested in bringing a piece of Mongolia’s breathtaking beauty into your own space, you’ll be delighted to know that some of my photographs are available for purchase in my online print store. Feel free to browse and infuse a touch of Mongolia’s allure into your own surroundings.
I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for accompanying me on this thrilling photography journey. Your unwavering support means the world to me, and I eagerly anticipate sharing more tales and adventures with you in the days to come.
