FAQ for Prints

  • Do you offer products in sizes or options different than the options on your website?
    We cover from very small to massive but if there’s something very specific please get in touch and we can look at the size you’re after. Here’s the standard sizes below we provide.
    A3 – 297 x 420mm
    A2 – 420 x 594mm
    A1 – 594 x 841mm
    A0 – 841 × 1189mm
    2A0* – 1650mm x 1100mm  (*slightly smaller than true 2A0)

 

  • Do you offer framing for the prints?
    Yes, we do! It’s an Add-on HERE. Currently only available for NZ and eventually expanding to Australia. We get them custom made, packaged dust free and sent with your order so you add that on before it’s sent to you.

 

  • I placed an order but didn’t receive confirmation. What do I do?
    Bugger, that’s a bit weird. Get in touch and we’ll get to the bottom of it.

 

  • When will I receive my order?
    How rural are you? Maybe you’re checking the mailbox too often? I get told if i watch the oven it’s not going to cook quick any quicker. Get in touch and we can suss out delays or if it’s lost.

    Kindly note that this art print is printed to order, so there is a slightly longer wait than standard online orders. Please allow 5-12 working days for your print to be shipped and 10-15 days for artwork to be shipped. These time may vary depending on your location and delays. Thank you in advance for your patience.
     

  • Do you ship internationally and will I have to pay for customs and VAT?
    YES we ship worldwide with a few countries excluded. We print the products here in New Zealand but will look to expand to overseas print labs to save our trees from unnecessary international shipping across the world.

    VAT, Tax, any further costs unfortunately that’s a cost you’ll have to bare.

 

  • Can I change or cancel my order, or update my shipping address?
    Depends how far into the order it is. Get in touch ASAP. If your custom print hasn’t printed yet, that’s in your favour and we can change things. Being the prints aren’t a stocked item and custom order for each customer, once printed it’s a non refundable product. If it’s just a change of address and been sent, let hope we’re onto it quick it enough to update it.

 

  • What shipping carrier and shipping methods are you using?
    Currently NZ Post and for Australia the Australian Post. For the rest of the world, it’s handled from NZ Post to their partnered carrier for each country. I’d like to hand deliver it each and everyone but realistically thats unrealistic.

 

  • What happens if I don’t receive my order or my tracking link is not valid?
    You’ve got stitched up. I’m just taking your money and running. NO, no, don’t stress. Go check your spam or give it 10minutes until you get an email. 
    Tracking, i’m not keen to loose it either and we will probably be checking it just as much as each other, get in touch if there’s a problem though.

 

  • I’m not happy with the product, what do I do?
    Give me a bad review, No don’t. Just get in touch, i’m a nice guy, I wont take offence, unless you draw all over it. Then you’ve got alot to answer for. 
    Get in touch within 24hours of delivery and we can sort it out.

 

  • I received a damaged product, what do I do?
    That’s not really ideal at all. Take a photo before opening the tube or packaging and of the product after. We’ll try get to the bottom of it.

 

  • What are your exchange, refund, and return policies?
    Prints are a very fragile items, and orders custom made for you, I don’t hold stock.
    Obviously if the product is not up to standard or has discolouring, i’d hate to have you with a product that doesn’t make you stoked.
    Please get in touch within 3 working days of the delivery for a claim.

 

  • Should I clean my print if it gets dusty?
    Wouldn’t recommend the garden hose by any means. Caution should always be exercised when cleaning your framed artworks and acrylic wall mounts. If your artwork is dusty simply use a clean microfibre cloth or feather duster to remove dirt particles. If you are looking to remove finger prints or other dirt once again use a clean microfibre cloth. Never use paper towels as they scratch the surface and be sure not to use glass cleaners that contain ammonia. We recommend you avoid hanging your artwork in direct sunlight.

 

  • Will direct sunlight damage my print?
    They aren’t vampires.  It’s not great but ideally for not for the longterm to prevent discolouration. If at some point you’ve had discolouration or damage I’d be happy to help you out.

 

  • Do you sell other prints form your website or instagram?
    The gallery will replenish 6-8 prints every so often so stay ontop of update or subscribe to the mailing list so you dont miss out. If you’re super keen on a image then reach out to me and we can look into it.
